My Philosophy

Ten years ago, I was working 60+ hours a week in a high-stress industry while simultaneously taking classes at night toward my masters degree. Eventually, the burnout caught up to me.

Then I found yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and everything changed.

Now, as a certified teacher in all three of these areas, I help others who may be experiencing the same sense of discontent that I was regain control of their wellness.

My classes and events involve mindful movement, pranayama (breathwork), and curated rituals, which range from setting intentions to working with crystal grids to immersing oneself in powerful deep healing meditations coupled with energy work.

Classes and Events

I offer yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes and events locally in New England and virtually via Zoom. All levels are always welcome, and no experience is necessary — only a willingness to go deep into your healing. See my schedule for my upcoming events!
