Ten years ago, I was working 60+ hours a week in a high-stress industry while simultaneously taking classes at night toward my masters degree. Eventually, the burnout caught up to me.
I’m Sydnie.
At the time, hitting rock bottom seemed like the end of the career I had worked so hard for, but little did I know that it was the beginning of a redirection that would set me on course to discover my life’s purpose.
I had been trying so hard to excel in everything I did. I was so stressed and anxious that I was stuck in a perpetual fight-or-flight response. Then I found yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and everything changed.
I am now a certified 200-hour yoga teacher (hatha, vinyasa, yin, and prenatal) and a certified meditation and mindfulness guide. I’m also a certified chakra healing practitioner and a certified sound therapy, sound healing, and crystal singing bowl practitioner. I have a passion for storytelling (I’m a writer by trade!), and I’m here to help you redefine your story.
